Dave, I thought I would pass on a “feel good” kind of story. I helped a lady buy a car 4 years ago and this past Saturday I called her to wish her a happy birthday. We talked a bit and then she said today (her birthday) would be a good day to buy a new car. She came in that afternoon and purchased a Prius. She had not even considered it until I called.

With that sale I made $1000 commission. It “felt good” to her and of course to me.
